Senior Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot the machinery.
• Repair/modify machine system, parts or tools to facilitate production process.
• Follow maintenance preventive schedules for machineries, compressors & cooling tower.
• Follow the ISO procedure and industrial safety.
• Maintain all working tools, parts, and equipment in good condition.
• Follow superior instruction for any related maintenance & facilities repairing works.
• Adhere to the Quality & Product Safety Policy.
• Responsible for any Product Recall Requirement.
• Responsible for all Product Safety related matters, especially on the hazards.
• Develop the system through ISO meetings and internal audits.
• Maintain the documents, procedures and records in the department to both quality & product safety matters.
• Train subordinates & ensure all repair works are documented for future reference.

Requirements:

Background and post qualification experience: Mechanical/Electrical

• Minimum 2 years working experience in mechanical & electrical field.
• Proficient in Excel, Word & PowerPoint for KPI presentation.
• Welding capabilities & facilities job experiences are an added advantage.
