Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing the Facility & maintenance processes and related outputs.
2. Promoting the use of the process approach and risk-based thinking to ensure EMS/QMS remains effective and compliant.
3. Overseeing the daily transaction with error-free updates to the ERP system.
4. Responsible for facility, equipment, and machinery maintenance & storage in good working condition.
5. Responsible for the inventory of all controlled maintenance spare parts.
6. To keep all company’s information private and confidential (P&C).
7. Develop and uphold the implementation of the Company’s policies & SOP.
8. Enforce housekeeping is maintained at the most favorable condition at all times.
9. Inform superiors of any unforeseen problems in the workplace.
10. To take reasonable care to avoid injury to yourself or others by your work activities.
11. To cooperate with employer and others in meeting statutory requirements.
12. To use and wear all the protective equipment provided at all times.
13. To comply with all the rules on environmental and occupational safety & health.

Tasks:

1. Plan and request related training to meet quality objectives.
2. Plan and conduct on-the-job training as necessary, commensurate with the employee's level of education.
3. Managing the maintenance processes and related outputs compliance with its SOP.
4. Managing the achievement of the Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
5. Correcting, preventing, or reducing undesired effects to improve the performance and effectiveness of the process.
6. Involve in stock-count and audits to ensure inventory data are recorded accurately.
7. Arrange repair, service, and maintain machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth operation on production flow.
8. Schedule and oversee preventive repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure machinery and equipment are always in good condition.
9. Participate and engage in new equipment setup and qualifications.
10. In charge of all new and maintenance work on all electrical systems.
11. Ensure that all new installations and maintenance work comply with all safety and legal requirements.
12. Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment in electrical and mechanical disciplines.
13. Perform effective maintenance troubleshooting to identify problems, plan responses, test solutions, and resolve issues to bring equipment back to operational status.
14. Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies.
15. Evaluate equipment performance and recommend upgrades or replacements to minimize downtime, enhance efficiency, and maintain a stable maintenance program.
16. Manage facility & maintenance budget and expenses.
17. Maintain accurate records of facility & maintenance activities.
18. Train and supervise employees of the facility & maintenance department.
19. Negotiate contracts with outside vendors for execution of maintenance work.
20. Maintain documents and records for internal and external audits.
21. Maintain proper filing for all respective documents.
22. Ensure the checklist/forms in use are compliant with EMS/QMS.
23. Perform other tasks/duties as assigned or required.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Diploma & above in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or at least 5-8 years of working experience in maintenance management in a manufacturing company.
2. Knowledge in ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO13485 & IATF16949.
3. Hands-on technical support and maintenance ability with Plastic injection molding machine, Compressor molding machine.
4. Solid knowledge of Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance Engineering, Maintenance & Repair, Preventive Maintenance, and Electrical Maintenance skills.
5. Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
6. Other competencies: Responsibility & independence, secrecy, attentiveness, agility.
7. Facility & Machinery knowledge are needed.
