Your department

Service Operations is part of the APAC Services organization. Life-cycle services account for more than 20% of the total sales at Vanderlande. Your role

In this challenging role, you will serve all the customers in the region as Senior Maintenance Coordinator. You will be responsible for the Service Contract management for all the maintenance contracts. You will be working during office hours.

Your profile

1. Bachelor's degree/diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Industrial Engineering or related field.
2. 5 to 10 years of experience in maintenance setup, planning, and coordination using CMMS i.e. DOS Maximo.
3. Set up maintenance service contracts in the system.
4. Support the on-site maintenance team (SBS) in APAC to set up the maintenance plan and yearly preventive maintenance forecast.
5. Provide Maximo user training to the on-site team.
6. Provide regular support to update and fine-tune the maintenance planning to accommodate the customer operation changes.
7. Generate monthly Preventive maintenance report (PM), Preventive inspection report (PI), Visual inspection report (VI), Fault finding inspection report (FFI), Corrective maintenance report (CM), Emergency maintenance report (EM), Non-maintenance report (NM) and PM quality check reports (QC).
8. Manage and track the scope of work for SUS contract deliverables and completion.
9. Support hotline team setup in APAC.
10. Coordinate with Field Service Engineer to support customer that requires emergency on-site support.
11. Prepare quotations and invoicing for emergency on-site support.
12. Support Spare Parts Coordinator and Service Coordinator for tasks related to DOS Maximo.
13. Assist the finance department with invoicing and receivables.
14. Communication and coordination with customers and internal departments.
15. Good Reading, Writing, and Speaking skills in the English language.
