JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Manage, organize, and control warehouse and logistic operations.
2. Handle licenses and permits related to Manufacturing and warehouse (LMW License), Poison licenses, Diesel licenses, schedule waste collector permits, LMW monthly reports, and yearly reports.
3. Ensure tax is paid for local scrap and local shipment (K9).
4. Ensure compliance with customs regulations and other government authorities (DOE) and the Pharmacy Department in handling import and export shipments.
5. Liaise with the government or other related agencies to ensure shipments reach their final destination for export and reach factory as per schedule for import.
6. Plan for the most cost-effective and reliable transportation arrangement of export and import shipments.
7. Interface with other departments within the plant to ensure documents and daily transactions are in place to enable inventory accuracy.
8. Ensure no defect material is sent to production.
9. Ensure warehouse operation (e.g., receiving, storage, update data in system, issuing) are in order and do not interrupt production operation.
10. Work with PMC, Sales, Production, and QA to ensure shipment meets customer requirements.
11. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, values, and applicable laws, such as interviewing, training, work planning, work area, maintaining 6S culture, etc.
