Job Description:

Senior Legal Associate - 1 position
PQE - 7 - 11 years post qualification experience.
Experienced working on high-value land disputes and dealing with major developer clients in Malaysia and a strong interest in land-related matters and town planning strategies.
Good research, drafting and advocacy skills.
Able to lead and conduct hearings and trials at the High Court and Subordinate Courts independently.
Detail-oriented, independent, and with a good working attitude.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to convey complex legal issues clearly and effectively.
Keen understanding of the commercial and business aspects of land acquisition process and the ability to provide practical legal solutions.

Senior Legal Associate - 1 position
PQE - 4 - 7 years post qualification experience.
Experienced working on construction disputes.
Good research, drafting and advocacy skills.
Detail-oriented, independent, and with a good working attitude.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to convey complex legal issues clearly and effectively.

Legal Associate - 1 position
PQE - 1 - 2 years post qualification experience.
Good research, drafting and advocacy skills.
Currently practising or interested to practise in personal injury or medico-legal.
Detail-oriented, independent and with a good working attitude.
Good communication and writing skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
