SENIOR LEGAL ASSOCIATE (LITIGATION AND/OR CORPORATE & CONVEYANCING)

2 VACANCIES NEEDED

1. To plan and execute projects and/or tasks to complete various matters
2. To practice diverse areas of laws
3. To manage a team of 1 assistant and 2 associates
4. To meet tight timelines
5. To assist the Firm to handle matters across various departments
6. To report and update the Partner and to take instructions
7. Able to handle pressure well
8. Solution oriented
9. Able to adapt to and to execute Firm’s direction and/or instruction
10. Able to perform advocacy skills (Litigation)
11. Able to attend case management, Trial/Hearing (Litigation)
12. 6 to 8 years post qualification experience

JUNIOR ASSOCIATE (LITIGATION)

2 VACANCIES NEEDED

1. Good research skills (Legal authorities based)
2. Decent drafting skills on cause papers and submissions
3. High commitment to complete assigned task and to learn
4. Able to comply with instructions, handle pressure well & a team player
5. Able to perform advocacy skills
6. Able to attend case management, Trial/Hearing
7. Between 2 to 5 years experience

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Hardworking & able to work with the team
2. Self-motivated and committed
3. Must possess own transport
4. Able to report and update superiors promptly
5. Able to converse in English and Bahasa Melayu languages (Mandarin will be an added advantage)
