Senior Legal Associate

Senior Covenyancing Lawyer (Minimum 3 years of experience)

Gan & JS Boon, a fast-growing law firm, is seeking for a meticulous conveyancing lawyer.

1. Able to handle projects & sub-sale SPA + loan documentations independently, including all general conveyancing works.

2. Experience in handling conveyancing matters pertaining to Projects, Commercial Loan & SPA documentation from A-Z with minimum supervision.

3. Attend signing of the SPA and other legal documents.

4. Review legal documents, prepare status report and all other works assigned from time to time.

5. Willing to learn, abkle to handle stress well & complete given tasks within the timeline.

6. Hardworking, responsible, committed to work, have good communication skills and positive attitude.

7. Attractive remuneration package for the right candidate.

8. Immediate availaibility is preferred.
