Senior Lawyer - Kuala Lumpur - ELSA ENERGY

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Lawyer to lead our legal team in handling complex conveyancing, commercial, and banking law matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in these areas of law, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to provide expert guidance to junior lawyers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the processing of conveyancing transactions, including property sales, purchases, and financing arrangements.
2. Manage and negotiate intricate commercial contracts on behalf of clients.
3. Provide counsel to clients on banking regulations and ensure adherence to legal requirements.
4. Lead a team of junior lawyers, offering mentorship and guidance on legal matters.
5. Represent clients in various legal contexts and collaborate with relevant authorities.

Requirements:

1. A law degree and the necessary qualification to practice law in Malaysia.
2. Between 3 to 5 years of experience in the legal profession.
3. Profound expertise in conveyancing, commercial, and banking law.
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Estimated Salary Range: RM250,000 - RM400,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
