Job Description

Develop & Maintain Web Applications:

• Utilize Java, along with modern front-end frameworks like React.js or Angular.js, and Spring Boot to build high-quality web applications.

Design & Implement RESTful APIs and Microservices:

• Architect and develop robust APIs and microservices that power scalable and maintainable software solutions.

Deployment & Management:

• Leverage Docker and Kubernetes to deploy, manage, and scale applications in a cloud-native environment.

Performance Optimization & Security:

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize application performance while ensuring that security best practices are implemented throughout the development lifecycle.

Collaborative Development:

• Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other developers to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.

The Successful Applicant

Technical Expertise:

• Strong proficiency in Java and extensive experience in web application development.
• Proficiency in at least one modern JavaScript framework (React.js or Angular.js).
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot for enterprise-level applications.

API & Microservices Design:

• Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.

Team Collaboration:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.

Problem-Solving:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent).
• A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in software development, particularly in Java environments.
