Job Responsibilities

1. Installing, configuring, testing, monitoring, maintaining, and upgrading the IT infrastructure, business applications, and management tools.
2. Managing and monitoring all installed network appliances, systems, and related infrastructure (cloud and on-premises).
3. Maintain network servers and associated hardware, software, services, configurations, and settings.
4. Ensuring the highest levels of network connectivity and infrastructure availability.
5. Create, adjust, and maintain network user settings, roles, and access permissions.
6. Creating technical support documentation for network systems and applications.
7. Provide technical support to users on hardware, software, network, and internet issues.
8. Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and other network (LAN, Wireless, WAN, internet) and system related issues/problems.
9. Monitoring network performance, utilization, and health status to ensure network stability.
10. Perform periodic preventive maintenance.
11. Identifying IT security vulnerabilities in the organization's network.
12. Developing and implementing strategies to secure the organization's IT infrastructure and networking.
13. Keeping updated with developments related to IT security standards, tools, and threats.
14. Creating system guidelines and manuals for the organization.
15. Assist in IT audit process.
16. Responsible for organization data security and personnel security internal control, driving employee awareness training and compliance standards.
17. Participate in other projects/tasks as assigned by IT manager.
18. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions.

Job Requirements

1. 2 - 5 years of working experience in IT infrastructure and networking related field.
2. Experienced and technically knowledgeable on hardware, software, and network systems.
3. Experience in managing and supporting solutions by Cisco, HPE Aruba, Fortinet, Ruckus, and Ruijie will be an added advantage.
4. Experience in Microsoft Office 365 platform administration is a must.
5. Experience in collaboration tools, such as SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
6. Experience using Microsoft Power Automation will be an added advantage.
7. Experience in managing and maintaining Windows Domain Controller (AD) servers.
8. Experience in managing Windows server, Windows Storage Server, and WSUS.
9. Experience with managing and maintaining backup and recovery procedures.
10. Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability to solve problems effectively.
11. Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP based services.
12. High standard of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information.
13. Excellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
14. Self-starter and able to work independently.
15. Excellent documentation skills.
16. Based in Petaling Jaya and willing to travel within Malaysia.
