Senior Internal Audit Executive

Our client is a well-established multinational agro-food corporation and is currently looking for a Senior Internal Audit Executive.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead internal audit assignments including guiding and training junior auditors.
2. Plan and organize audit, consulting & ad hoc assignments.
3. Execute fieldwork for both auditing and consulting.
4. Liaise with the respective personnel to obtain data/information for planning and fieldwork.
5. Discuss and clarify issues of concern with auditees.
6. Draft findings, audit reports, and assist in the preparation of presentations.
7. Ensure proper documentation and cross-referencing to evidence the audit works and support the findings, opinion, and conclusion made.
8. Follow up on the status of corrective action plans.
9. Assist in annual audit and resource planning.
10. Continuous improvement in audit methodology and application of International Professional Practices Framework (“IPPF”).
11. Undertake other tasks and responsibilities as instructed by the Manager or Head of Internal Audit.

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

1. Degree in Accounting/Finance and/or equivalent Professional qualification.
2. More than 3 years of internal auditing experience in a public listed company or MNC with exposure to manufacturing operations.
3. At least 2 years experience in leading a team of juniors.
4. Experience in advisory, investigation, IT Governance/Controls, enterprise risk management, governance & compliance will be an added advantage.
5. Working knowledge of internal audit of various business functions and processes.
