Senior Integration Specialist (IBM ACE12, IIBv10.x, IBM MQ 9.x)

Support the Integration based applications and middleware, including performing triage for issues, root cause analysis, BAU and project requirements and implementation, API management and integration environment security, monitoring and performance analysis.

Requirements

1. Key Skills: ACE12.x, IIBv10.x, IBM MQ 9.x, IBM MQFTE v9.x, Datapower and Rabbit MQ, Unix
2. Advanced knowledge of Integration technologies.
3. Extensive experience in Unix scripting.
4. Ability to make independent as well as collaborative decisions during expected or unexpected situations and ability to prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
5. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to draft and maintain business documentation.
7. Exceptional knowledge of service and application infrastructure delivery.
8. Demonstrated record of adhering to service level agreements.
9. Willingness and flexibility to work outside of standard office hours, and on weekends as required.
10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence.
11. Administrate, support and manage the ACE12.x, IIBv10.x, IBM MQ 9.x, IBM MQFTE v9.x, Datapower and Rabbit MQ, as well as other open-source messaging and integration applications.
12. Implement and manage secure file transfer within AZ internally and liaise effectively with external partners.
13. Act as technical lead for high demanding and agile project and initiatives in the integration space.
14. Support all non-production and production / DR environment and apply troubleshooting techniques for production issues.
