Club21 Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Senior Insights & CRM Executive to join our marketing team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical expertise to enhance data-driven decision-making and CRM strategies, focusing on building customer loyalty within the fashion retail industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Analysis & Reporting
  2. Support the Marketing and Retail teams in creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Excel, PowerPoint, and tools like Power BI, SQL, and Tableau to facilitate data-driven decisions.
  3. Analyze sales and customer spending patterns to identify trends, and opportunities aligned with business goals.

2. COMOCLUB Loyalty Program Management

  1. Support loyalty initiatives, oversee customer lifecycle, track engagement and retention metrics and identify opportunities for customer retention and loyalty building.
  2. Maintain and manage customer profiles in CRM systems, ensuring the accuracy and compliance with data protection standards.
  3. Develop and implement CRM campaigns to engage customers and enhance their experience across various touchpoints.
  4. Segment customers based on data insights to personalize marketing campaigns, and refine targeting strategies.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

  1. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Retail Operations, and Merchandising teams to align CRM strategies with overall business goals.

5. Process Enhancement & Innovation

  1. Continuously improve CRM processes, and data analysis practices, advocating for CRM best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2-3 years in a data analysis, insights, or CRM role, preferably within the retail or fashion industry.
  3. Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables, data validation, VLOOKUPs, and conditional formatting.
  4. Experience in creating clear and informative charts, graphs, and dashboards in Excel and PPT; experience with Power BI, SQL, or Tableau is an added advantage.
  5. Strong critical thinking skills to interpret data and generate insights aligned with strategic goals.
  6. Proficiency in identifying data patterns, diagnosing issues, and deriving solutions through data analysis.
  7. Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting.
  8. Effective prioritization skills, especially under tight deadlines for reporting tasks.
  9. Experience in managing data-related projects, including setting timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering timely reports.
  10. Excellent communication skills to gather data requirements and effectively share insights with various departments.
  11. Familiarity with retail metrics, sales trends, and CRM practices specific to the fashion industry is preferred.
  12. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of a third language is an added advantage.
