Timely delivery of DHL packages around the globe in a way that ensures customer data are secure is at the core of what we do. You will evaluate and implement new data analytics/monitoring solutions and provide third-level day-to-day operation support, helping to investigate and resolve incidents that were not resolved in lower support levels. Cooperation on troubleshooting with other IT support teams and specialists will be essential. Communicating with our vendors regarding firmware bugs, vulnerabilities, and other issues related to our technologies is also key.

For any issues related to infrastructure and application performance within the DHL Group environment, you are our superhero. This applies when it comes to managing, proposing, and implementing all necessary changes to production and test environments in all IT Services Data Centers and premises, ensuring global availability to key DHL Group services.

Last but not least, data analytics and monitoring technologies associated with servers, containers, and databases are all in your support league.

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, having a Splunk Certified Enterprise Admin or Developer is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of various operating systems like Linux/Windows, database technology, and SQL will also be integral to this role.

You are a Data Analytics aficionado, possessing a good understanding of various analytical tools/languages like Python or any Machine Learning toolkit. You can work independently, prioritize, and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
