We are looking for a Senior HR Manager to lead the HR and office operations in our Johor Bahru office, playing a key role in building a high-performing team and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and compliance frameworks.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
Drive employee engagement, performance management, and development programs.
Manage payroll, benefits administration, and office operations.
Act as a strategic advisor on HR and office management matters.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role; office management experience is a plus.
Strong knowledge of Malaysia labor laws and compliance.
Proven ability to manage HR operations, budgets, and office administration.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Fluency in English and Malay is required.
