What you'll be doing

• Report to the Head of HR and work closely with the business leaders for all-rounded Human Resources functions
• Act as a key HR Business Partner; Initiate and implement HR strategies and policies to cope with business growth

• Manage the end to end performance management cycle and set up SMART KPIs

• Develop effective work procedure to ensure work efficiency
• Design and implement an effective performance management system across the Malaysia region
• Support the Head of Human Resources in HR initiatives such as HR policy formulation and employee engagement
• Collaborate with HR Specialist to maintain and utilize HRIS usage
• Review and develop proper workflow of HR department to ensure work efficiency

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• 5+ years or above experience in HR generalist and HRBP role.
• Solid knowledge of Malaysia employment ordinance and related regulatory requirements
• Proactive, collaborative, influential people manager at all levels with good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
