What you'll be doing
Report to the Head of HR and work closely with the business leaders for all-rounded Human Resources functions
Act as a key HR Business Partner; Initiate and implement HR strategies and policies to cope with business growth
Manage the end to end performance management cycle and set up SMART KPIs
Develop effective work procedure to ensure work efficiency
Design and implement an effective performance management system across the Malaysia region
Support the Head of Human Resources in HR initiatives such as HR policy formulation and employee engagement
Collaborate with HR Specialist to maintain and utilize HRIS usage
Review and develop proper workflow of HR department to ensure work efficiency
What you'll need:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
5+ years or above experience in HR generalist and HRBP role.
Solid knowledge of Malaysia employment ordinance and related regulatory requirements
Proactive, collaborative, influential people manager at all levels with good communication and interpersonal skill.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
