20dB Hearing is seeking a highly experienced Senior Human Resource Manager to join our team in Kuching, Sarawak. As a key member of the HR leadership team, you will play a strategic role in shaping and driving our human capital initiatives to support the company's ambitious growth plans. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career development and advancement.

What you'll be doing

• Providing expert-level HR guidance and solutions to business leaders and employees
• Leading the design, implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, processes and programs
• Overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations
• Partnering with the leadership team to develop and execute the HR strategy that supports the overall business objectives
• Driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement, wellbeing and workplace culture
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
• Building and leading a high-performing HR team

What we're looking for

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in a senior HR management role, preferably in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• In-depth knowledge of human resource management principles, best practices and technologies
• Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR strategies with overall organizational goals
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to think strategically
• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field
• CIPD or equivalent professional HR certification is preferred
