Senior Human Resource Executive/ Manager
Management - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment)
- Responsible for foreign workers permit renewal, FOMEMA, etc. for foreign employees.
- Manage employee payroll and benefits.
- Maintain company human resources policies.
- Assists in managing recruitment, benefits and employee needs.
Requirements:
- Manager or senior supervisors with work experience are preferred.
- Possess a Higher Diploma in Business/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent/Advanced/Graduate Diploma.
- More than 2 years of experience in human resources/payroll management.
- Good written and communication skills in English and Malay.
- Familiar with Sage Payroll.
- Proficient in using computer software: such as Microsoft software, Excel, etc.
- Able to work independently, be proactive and have good interpersonal communication skills.
- Being able to start work immediately will be an advantage.
