Position Title: Senior Human Resource Executive

Snapshot of the role:

Responsible for the administrative support of a full spectrum of human resources functions including payroll and benefit administration, recruitment and permit application, training and development, safety, etc.

• Work closely with the mill and farm to understand the manpower requirements and handle the entire recruitment and selection including foreign workers.
• Update, maintain, and monitor the Employee Handbook, guide and procedures to ensure employees are well informed of the latest updates.
• Ensure all foreign workers’ records are updated in the system with a valid AP, permit, passport, insurance, medical, and bank account.
• Ensure monthly payroll is closed on time by pairing it with Leave, Medical, and Attendance.
• Ensure that benefits and other personnel records and transactions are updated in both file and system.
• Conduct training needs analysis, develop training material, conduct training programs, and update training records and progress.
• Run relevant company events to foster a positive working environment.
• Handle employee disciplinary, grievance, and welfare matters.
• Prepare HR-related monthly reports, official letters, and summaries as per the defined schedule.
• Ensure the filing system is maintained to ensure traceability.
• Study, propose, and implement HR functional initiatives and activities to improve the efficiency of work such as paperless administration.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Distinction in Mathematics from SPM.
• Candidates having 1 year of relevant experience in payroll.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Meticulous, proactive, and assertive.
