- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource/Business Administrative/Business Management or equivalent.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Senior Human Resource Executive plays a pivotal role in managing and executing HR strategies that align overall business objectives. They are responsible for overseeing various HR functions, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, and fostering a productive, compliant, and engaged workforce.
Senior Human Resource Executive position are available in the Recruitment Section, Talent Management & Retention Section, and Learning & Development Section of the Human Resources Department.
The Primary responsibilities are as follow:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the section, ensuring full compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with respective Heads of Departments (HODs) to identify HR-related challenges, recommend improvements, and explore opportunity for growth.
- Lead and guide the section team to deliver comprehensive HR services to support operational needs.
- Achieve the section’s KPIs as set by management.
