Job Description

  • Responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement within SW Group.
  • Responsible for creating a work environment that aligns with SW Group’s values and supports employee well-being and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Culture Development

  • Collaborate with Leadership to define and articulate SW Group’s shared values and desired behaviours.
  • Support in developing and implementing strategies to embed the desired culture across all levels of SW Group.
  • Act as change agent to create high performance culture and engaged workforce.

Employee Engagement Programs

  • Support in designing, implementing, and managing employee engagement programs and initiatives.
  • Support in developing creative and impactful activities to enhance team collaboration and morale.
  • Monitor employee engagement survey data and implement action plans based on feedback.
  • Support in designing and promoting well-being programs that support employees’ physical, mental, and emotional health.

Communication & Recognition

  • Support in developing and executing communication plans to keep employees informed about organisational updates, goals, and achievements.
  • Collaborate with the Performance Management and Compensation & Benefits teams in designing, implementing, and managing employee recognition programs to celebrate individual and team accomplishments.

Others

  • Conduct training sessions on cultural awareness and unconscious bias.
  • Implement and analyse employee feedback mechanisms, including surveys and focus groups to identify trends, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Address ad-hoc tasks given by direct manager as needed to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or master’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 to 5 years’ experience in culture, employee engagement, or related HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting (fresh graduates also welcome to apply).
  • Strong understanding of workplace culture dynamics and employee engagement principles.
  • Experience in designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with survey tools for employee engagement measurement.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the Company.
