Job description

Organisational Development (Human Resources & Recruitment)

  • Handling recruitment process such as but not limited to sourcing, interviewing & selection.
  • Handling posting of vacant job position in various media such as but not limited to Jobstreet.com, newspaper, banner, & flyer.
  • Handling of recruitment reports such as but not limited to employee join & resign report.
  • Preparing Production Manpower Cost Report, and Production Manpower Planning vs Turnover Report.
  • Handling of foreign workers passport, work permit application and renewal submission (work permit, passport, Fomema, SKPPA).
  • Performing routine updating employee records in the HR payroll system and filling system.
  • Preparing luncheon for production worker on Chinese New Year & Hari Raya Puasa occasion (1st & 2nd day).
  • Handling employee grievances and disciplinary cases.
  • Undertaking project work or ad hoc job-related matters or any other duties as and when assigned/requested by the Management from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM, professional certificate, diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Willing to travel when required, possess own transport and practical driving experience.
  • Willing to work in Yong Peng, Johor.
