Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)

• Mentor and develop the HR team for high performance and growth.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement.

HR Strategy & Recruitment:

• Develop and oversee HR strategies and policies.
• Align HR practices with business goals.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent development.

Employee Relations:

• Create a positive work environment and handle employee issues.
• Manage competitive pay and benefits programs.
• Conduct market analysis and oversee performance appraisals.

Training & Development:

• Identify and address training needs.
• Develop and evaluate training programs.
• Support managers with performance and development plans.

Sustainability:

• Ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Achieve top results in CSER audits.
• Develop sustainability and environmental programs.

Candidates will be shortlisted based on the following requirements:

• Minimum in degree with any field.
• Over 10+ years related experience in Human Resources field with strong leadership and management skills including managing a workforce of over 1000 employees.
• Certification in Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) is highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage.
