Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent development.
Employee Relations:
Create a positive work environment and handle employee issues.
Manage competitive pay and benefits programs.
Conduct market analysis and oversee performance appraisals.
Training & Development:
Identify and address training needs.
Develop and evaluate training programs.
Support managers with performance and development plans.
Sustainability:
Ensure compliance with employment laws.
Achieve top results in CSER audits.
Develop sustainability and environmental programs.
Candidates will be shortlisted based on the following requirements:
Minimum in degree with any field.
Over 10+ years related experience in Human Resources field with strong leadership and management skills including managing a workforce of over 1000 employees.
Certification in Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) is highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage.
