Senior HR Manager, Malaysia

We are looking for a Senior HR Manager to lead the HR and office operations in our Johor Bahru office, playing a key role in building a high-performing team and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and compliance frameworks.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Drive employee engagement, performance management, and development programs.
• Manage payroll, benefits administration, and office operations.
• Act as a strategic advisor on HR and office management matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role; office management experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and compliance.
• Proven ability to manage HR operations, budgets, and office administration.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Fluency in English and Malay is required.
