Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage and supervise HR team and sections: Recruitment, Training and Development, Welfares, C&B, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Security Guard, SHE, Foreign Worker, etc.
• Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Develop and monitor overall functions of HR, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Realign HR processes and SOP for ISO 9001, OHSAS 14001 & 13485 compliance.
• Lead and direct the human resources team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business.
• Ensure management actions conform to employee handbook and labor laws.
• Oversee yearly performance appraisal via KPI system and discuss employees' career development paths with managers.
• Monitor HR metrics (turnover dates and cost/hire) and succession planning, taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Adhere to all Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment laws and regulations as well as such standards.
• Manage employee relations, including absence, disciplinary actions, and sickness.
• Provide grievances counseling and motivation.
• Act as department representative for management meetings.
• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the General Manager.
