As business is in a very stable state right now, the management wants to take this opportunity to strengthen the HR team to ensure that there is a strong foundation for HR to stand on.
Your new role
This role is a replacement role for the current Head of HR who will be retiring at the middle of this year. With that, the management would like a strong end-to-end HR expert to manage their HR function. This role will cover all HR matters such as union management, talent acquisition, business partnering, industrial relations, and many more. Some key projects this role will be expected to handle would be their digitalisation projects to revamp how SAP is being used within the business and to be more efficient when it comes to tracking performance management. Not only that, this role will also need to handle their Talent Management framework as things are quite basic at the moment, and they want more focus on building successors as there are a few senior positions that will be retiring soon.
