Implement training programs and cross-departmental learning opportunities to develop employee skills, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Conduct employee orientation sessions and manage employee relations matters, including counseling and compliance with local labor laws.
Plan and implement organizational changes and development initiatives to adapt to evolving business needs.
Develop and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance across the organization, ensuring alignment with corporate values.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and changes in labor legislation.
Job Requirements:
A Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Human Resources/Social Science or related experience. A Professional or relevant post graduate qualification is desirable.
5 - 10 years of related working experience with sound knowledge of all human resources matters and exposure to HR operational issues.
Comprehensive understanding of policies, system, rewards, settlements and legislation.
Commercially aware, high sensitivity to the social economic and political environment.
Good interpersonal skills with ability to work with people of all levels and sensitive to their needs and perception.
Good written and verbal communication skills coupled with tact, diplomacy and the ability to resolve general issue on human resource management in general.
