Senior HR Executive (Training & Development l MNC l Near MRT)

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of the training & development process.
• Monitor training expenses/budget and administer HRDF; organize e-learning training for new joiners and yearly training.
• Assist in planning and conducting new joiners’ orientation.
• Handle employee engagement and branding activities.
• Assist in leading, following up with CSR leads, and coordinating CSR programs.

Who are We Looking For?

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Competency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, be independent, resourceful, and well organized.
