Responsible for full cycle of white collar (indirect labour) recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview arrangement, salary proposal & offer processing.
Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management.
Ensure the Induction email/new joinees email & excel/Onboarding session/induction session arrangement for WC – Executive level is being sent on time.
Ensure the Personal filing is being done on a timely manner within a month after joining.
Assist on Ad-hoc duties (Form a data bank for WC, claim processing)
Creating talents pool for essential roles in oleochemical industries.
Support performance review processes and appraisals.
Ad hoc Duties assigned by the Chief Administration Officer (CAO) & HR Manager respectively.
Required Qualifications:
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or any equivalent qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment agency or big manufacturing environment.
A versatile and passionate recruiter (a good negotiator).
Computer Literate – Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint Presentation skills and the ability to use Outlook, Teams. Canva or Power BI is a preferred skill
