Senior HR Executive (Foreign Worker Management)

Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)

• Ensure smooth operation of Foreign Workers procedures and functions.
• Liaise with Kementerian Dalam Negeri (KDN) on new Foreign Workers quota application.
• Arrange Foreign Workers arrival, FOMEMA medical checkup, follow up on work permit, renewal, cancellation, and termination.
• Maintain proper records for Foreign Workers such as valid passport and work permit.
• Handle industrial and other matters relating to worker discipline, issues, grievance, domestic inquiries, and complaints.
• Facilitate good communication and feedback with government authorities, foreign workers agents, and project departments.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in any discipline or equivalent, or 4 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese.
• Able to work independently to maintain high standards and accuracy.
