- Maintain and update employee attendance and overtime record
- Maintain and update employee Leave Record
- Maintain and update employee medical, optical and dental claim
- Responsible for the company vehicle logbook and traffic summon records
- Responsible for managed and maintain inventory of stationeries and uniforms
- Maintain and update HR and admin filling system
- Responsible for new staff enrollment in TMS and Nigen system
- Oversee the operational function of various office machines such as copier, computers, fax, phone, air conditioning, etc.
- Perform general office tasks such as maintaining general office files, making appointments, and ensuring an efficient operation of the office
- Responsible for issuing the Purchase Requisition for HR and admin Department
- Perform daily clerical duties such as answering and screening telephone calls, taking messages, copying and collating, and other ad hoc duties to assist the Director
- Manage Touch n Go new application, termination, change of terms & conditions, etc.
- Receive incoming letters from other business units and distribute to relevant staff
- To be an ISO Document Controller (DCC)
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time
