Assist in recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting orientation sessions and exit interviews.
Assist in maintaining HR records and documentation, including employee files, attendance records, and HR system data entry.
Coordinate employee training and development programs, including scheduling training sessions and tracking attendance.
Assist in managing employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
Process payroll accurately and on time, including calculating wages, deductions, and overtime.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies in all HR activities.
Provide general administrative support to the HR and Administration Department, including filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Any other duties assigned from time to time.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in HR management.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
