Job Description

Recruitment and On-boarding:

• Talent Acquisition: Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• On-boarding: Coordinate the on-boarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Employee Relations:

• Support: Provide support to employees and management on HR-related issues, including conflict resolution, performance concerns, and policy interpretation.
• Communication: Act as a liaison between employees and management to ensure effective communication and resolution of workplace issues.

Performance Management:

• Process Management: Assist in the implementation and administration of performance management programs, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
• Training: Facilitate training sessions and workshops to support employee development and performance improvement.

Compliance and Policy:

• Regulations: Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, and stay updated on changes in employment legislation.
• Policies: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, and ensure they are communicated effectively to employees.

The Successful Applicant

• A minimum of Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience handling full-spectrum of HR tasks with a focus on L&D and TA.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proactive and driven personality.
