Responsible for all Human Resources initiatives which include Salary Administration, Time Management, Retention Management, Industrial Relations, updates of employee personal files, preparation of HR letters and reports.
Handle the organization’s compensation and rewards program.
Ensure employee personal data is correctly updated into the payroll system and all related documentation such as Job Application Form, Resume, Certificates, Appointment Letter, and other related documents are filed.
Ensure salaries and benefits comply with current legislation regarding human rights and pay equity.
Handle employee benefits utilization such as overtime, wages, allowances, leave, and staff medical benefits as per HR policy and guidelines.
Monitor and update employee lateness, absences, and general exception log reports to all related managers.
Ensure employee OT and Leave are completely updated in E-Staffs.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll preparation and process monthly payroll (full cycle).
Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and finance department on time (on/before the 2nd day of each month).
Liaise with government statutory bodies (LHDN / PERKESO / KWSP & HRDF) for legal and administrative requirements.
Monitor, update, and ensure all employee Confirmation, Annual Increment, Promotion, Bonus, Retirement, and Termination are compliant on time as per Company HR Policy.
Handle and prepare budget reports for the finance department quarterly.
Conduct periodic audits, prepare, and present reports.
Work and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and effective operation in the office.
Perform any other duties as appointed by the management.
Job Requirement
Minimum 5 years’ HR work experience in the manufacturing industry.
Good knowledge of local employment laws.
Hands-on experience with payroll software and data analysis.
Good analytical skills and detail-oriented.
Experience with employee satisfaction surveys.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong ethics and discretion.
Good knowledge of Microsoft applications: Excel and Word.
