Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to identify staffing needs within the organization.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract skilled talent, especially for technical and operational roles in the data center.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
Coordinate with external recruitment agencies when necessary to fulfill hard-to-fill positions.
Employee Engagement & Retention:
Develop and implement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and employee engagement.
Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys and work with management to address concerns or suggestions.
Design retention programs to reduce turnover, focusing on employee growth and career development opportunities.
Performance Management:
Implement performance management processes including appraisals, goal setting, and feedback sessions.
Support managers in addressing performance-related issues and ensuring continuous employee development.
Monitor employee performance and ensure alignment with company goals.
Identify skill gaps and create training programs to enhance the capabilities of the workforce.
Coordinate with training vendors to deliver technical and soft skills training.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, handling grievances and disputes professionally and confidentially.
Ensure the organization complies with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Maintain employee records and documentation in compliance with legal requirements.
Assist in the development of compensation structures and benefits packages competitive within the data center industry.
Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, retirement plans, and other perks.
HR Administration:
Manage HR data and maintain accurate employee records, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Assist with payroll administration and other HR-related administrative tasks.
Strategic HR Initiatives:
Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategy with the overall business strategy of the data center.
Contribute to change management processes during organizational shifts.
Monitor and report on HR KPIs to track the success of HR initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in IT or Engineering related environment.
Deep understanding of HR functions like recruitment, employee relations, performance management, etc.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; problem-solving abilities; strong organizational and multitasking skills; knowledge of HR software systems and tools; proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Detail-oriented, multi-tasker, adaptable to a fast-paced environment, proactive, and able to manage complex HR issues.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
