Summary and Role Information

As an HR Business Architect at SAP, you’ll play an essential role in bringing this transformation to life for our customers. You won’t just implement solutions; you’ll lead, influence, and guide companies in adopting leading practices and harmonizing global HR processes to drive real, lasting change.

This role is an ideal fit for experienced SAP SuccessFactors HCM consultants ready to step into a strategic business consulting position.

Expectations and Tasks

  1. Strategic Alignment: Partner with HR leaders on consulting engagements to ensure that HR strategies and technology roadmaps are aligned with SAP SuccessFactors HCM solutions and SAP’s innovation strategy.
  2. Leading Practices and Benchmarking: Utilize SAP’s leading practices and benchmarks to help customers unlock new opportunities for their HR functions.
  3. Process Mapping & Documentation: Develop clear, comprehensive process maps and document essential requirements.
  4. Employee-Centric Design: Work alongside HR teams to build customer-centric processes.
  5. Industry Insight: Keep a pulse on emerging HR and business trends to position yourself as a go-to resource for industry expertise.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to evolving SAP’s leading practices to keep pace with changing industry standards.

Education and Qualifications

  1. Consulting Expertise: 5-8 years of experience in consulting, with deep proficiency in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  2. Professional Services Experience: Prior experience in a professional services setting is highly valued.
  3. HR Knowledge: Strong grasp of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  4. Consulting Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading workshops and guiding stakeholders.
  5. Exceptional Communication: Cantonese and English Speaking, with clear and impactful communication skills.
