Senior HR & Admin Executive

We are looking for a Senior HR & Admin Executive to manage payroll, recruitment, employee benefits, and HR compliance. This role primarily handles payroll for permanent staff and recruitment activities while supporting other HR functions. Payroll Management
Manage payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely salary payments.
Prepare and submit statutory contributions and reports to regulatory bodies.
Maintain payroll records for auditing and compliance.
Onboarding & Offboarding
Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding programs.
Coordinate exit interviews and offboarding processes.
Benefits & Compensation
Process staff expenses, overtime claims, and insurance claims.
Administer staff insurance policies, renewals, and address inquiries.
Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs.
Manage training grants and ensure compliance with ISO training standards.
HR Administration & Compliance
Maintain employee records and handle HR-related inquiries.
Support performance appraisals and employee evaluations.
Ensure compliance with ISO9001:2015 and regulatory requirements.
Employment Pass & Licensing
Handle Employment Pass applications for employees.
Monitor license renewals and ensure regulatory compliance (CIDB, TNB, PETRONAS, etc.).
Must-Have:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field.
At least 3 years of experience in HR, including payroll and recruitment in Engineering or Construction Industry.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Experience in managing and coordinating with multiple team members.
Preferred (Advantageous):
Experience in ISO9001:2015 & OHSAS 18001:2007 audits.
Background in the construction industry.
Japanese language proficiency is a plus.
