Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of creative concepts, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand identity.
• Oversee junior designers and provide mentorship and guidance on design best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and development to deliver cohesive design strategies.

Creative Execution:

• Develop compelling visual designs for a variety of media (web, print, social media, video, etc.).
• Create logos, brochures, advertisements, web graphics, packaging, and other brand assets.
• Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all touchpoints.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing timelines and priorities.
• Collaborate with project managers to establish project scopes, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Oversee the production process, including working with vendors and ensuring high-quality outputs.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work directly with clients and internal teams to understand project goals and objectives.
• Present and communicate design concepts to stakeholders and receive feedback.
• Make revisions and improvements based on feedback while maintaining the integrity of the design.

Trend Awareness:

• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Innovate by integrating new techniques and design trends into creative work.
• Encourage experimentation within the team to push the boundaries of design.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Graphic Skills.
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin as the role requires to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.
• Preferable to have 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Pleasant attitude, focused on details, well organized.
• Resourceful in creative ideas and active in brainstorming.
• Excellent time management skills and willing to work long hours if needed.
• Work independently with minimum supervision.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Iskandar Puteri (near Bukit Indah), Johor, Malaysia.
