Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team at RJ NUTRACEUTICALS SDN BHD, a leading nutraceuticals company based in Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional graphic design solutions that support our brand identity and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visual designs for e-commerce brands across multiple platforms, including websites, social media, email, and digital advertising.
2. Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity and aesthetic for each e-commerce brand, ensuring all designs are aligned with the brand guidelines.
3. Create visually appealing graphics, icons, logos, typography, and other design elements that enhance the user experience and drive engagement.
4. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, software, and technology to ensure that our e-commerce brands stay ahead of the competition.
5. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of all deliverables.
6. Work with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive traffic, increase engagement, and boost sales.
7. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our e-commerce brands, target audiences, and market trends to inform the design process.
8. Provide support to other areas of the marketing team as needed, including creating visual assets for offline marketing materials.
9. Collaborate with the marketing team to conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize designs and marketing strategies.
10. Use data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of design and marketing strategies and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience working as a graphic designer with a focus on e-commerce brands.
3. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
4. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
5. Experience with HTML, CSS, and other web design technologies preferred.
6. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
7. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
8. A portfolio that demonstrates a strong visual design aesthetic, attention to detail, and the ability to solve complex design problems.
