Senior Game Artist

Full time

As a Senior Game Artist at C Tech Game Art Production Department, you'll be working alongside an experienced and passionate team to produce premium quality desktop and mobile games. From concept development, art animation, UI design, and motion graphics to optimization, testing & QA, you'll be responsible for the production aspects of the games you work on.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production and optimization of high-quality graphics, animations, and interface design for games.
• Creating marketing assets that support the product theme, studio brand, and target audience.
• Leading the art team's development, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Providing mentorship and guidance to 2D, 3D, and Animator artists, supporting their professional growth.
• Managing the timely delivery of high-quality concept assets and collaborating with Project Management to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Conducting thorough reviews and offering constructive feedback to enhance the quality of game art.
• Establishing and maintaining effective communication channels with other departments to foster collaboration.
• Ensuring game art quality control upon the completion of the prototype.

Required Skills:

• Preferred Education: Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Preferred Experience: 3-5 years as an Artist in a production environment
• Excellent animation and compositing skills.
• Expert graphic design and typography skills.
• Required languages: English, Mandarin
• Production track record demonstrating innovative approaches to current trends.
• Portfolio including relevant experience in production art and animation, including animated game simulations.
• Experience with technical preparation and optimization of game-ready assets for HTML5 games for desktop and mobile.
• Experience with Blender or other 3D platforms is a plus.

Industry Experience:

• Mobile games, Graphic design
