About the Role

As a Financial Analyst, you'll conduct thorough financial analysis, collaborate on budgeting and forecasting, offer strategic decision support, and enhance processes to improve financial performance.

Responsibilities

1. Performing comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting.
2. Collaborating with local stakeholders to develop accurate and timely budgets and forecasts.
3. Providing financial insights, recommendations, and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives.
4. Preparing regular and ad-hoc management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
5. Continuing to evaluate and innovatively enhance/automate financial processes, tools, and methodologies.
6. Working closely with REPH accounting team and GOTC Fulfilment teams to ensure accurate month-end close and reporting of actuals.
7. Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, regional finance teams, and senior management.

Requirements

1. Possess extensive knowledge of financial analysis techniques, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.
2. Be proficient in financial software applications, ERP systems, and possess strong MS Excel skills.
3. Possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
4. Possess excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
5. Be able to work independently (and as part of a team), manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic matrix environment.
