Senior Financial Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate and issue accurate and timely customer and intercompany invoices.
• Maintain and advise on transfer pricing for billing purposes.
• Ensure compliance with revenue recognition policies and relevant regulations.
• Oversee the completeness and compliance of E-Invoice submissions with LHDN guidelines.

System and Financial Integration:

• Manage system integration between ERP and accounting systems to ensure data accuracy and alignment.
• Assist in financial period closing by preparing and posting journal entries.

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including bank and account reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports for group and site requirements.
• Provide financial analysis to assist the General Manager in strategic planning and decision-making.

Audit and Budget Support:

• Support audit processes by preparing and providing necessary documentation and reconciliations.
• Assist in budget preparation and forecasting activities.

Process Improvement:

• Review and enhance invoicing and general ledger processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and applicable accounting standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial operations, compliance, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in relevant tax regulations and accounting standards.
• Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
