Job Description:
- Organize and coordinate meetings, schedules, and reports for the CFO.
- Support the CFO in monitoring cash flow and liquidity planning.
- Coordinate payments, reconciliations, and financial transactions.
- Assist in preparing board presentations, investor reports, and funding proposals.
- Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure smooth information flow.
- Assist in the planning and execution of financial projects.
- Manage confidential financial data and documentation.
- Handle ad-hoc requests and special projects assigned by the CFO.
- Oversee the CFO’s personal appointments and errands as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as an executive / assistant or in a related position.
- Account, Audit or Finance related working background will be a plus point.
- Strong problem solving skills & Critical thinking is required.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
