What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting Strategic Initiatives: Work closely with the CFO on investment analysis, business planning, and corporate finance matters, providing valuable input while developing your strategic capabilities.
• Operational & Tactical Financial Planning: Develop budgets, forecasts, and feasibility studies to support decision-making and project viability.
• Leadership & Team Development: Lead a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
• Process Improvement & System Optimization: Enhance financial systems, reporting structures, and operational efficiencies through continuous improvements and digital transformation.
• Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensure timely, accurate reporting and full adherence to tax, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Cash Flow Management: Manage project financing, monitor financial covenants, and optimize cash flow for ongoing and upcoming developments.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 10–15 years of progressive experience in audit, finance, and accounting, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Mandatory experience in property development or real estate finance; candidates from construction, infrastructure, or capital-intensive industries with project financing exposure will also be considered.
• Proven expertise in financial operations, including reporting, forecasting, cash flow management, and tax compliance.
• Strong leadership skills – ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally to support business growth.
