• Possess a bachelor's degree in finance/accounting and/or professionally qualified (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, etc.)
• Experienced in financial reporting, management reporting, project controlling, treasury, cash management, project funding, loan financing, budgeting, forecasting, etc.
• Must have property/construction industry experience.
