Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, ACCA/CPA/CMA certificate.
Familiar with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Malaysian Accounting Standards (MFRS).
Work Experience:
More than 6 years of experience in overall financial management, with automotive industry background preferred.
Have practical experience in Malaysia's financial and tax compliance, and be familiar with LHDN tax declaration, foreign exchange management and labour law.
Professional Competency Requirements:
Core Functions:
Lead the overall accounting management, including preparation of consolidated financial statements, cost accounting, budget execution monitoring and cash flow management.
Build a financial system that complies with local regulations and design tax planning solutions (such as transfer pricing, tariff optimization, etc.).
Proficient in using ERP system (SAP) and mainstream financial software in Malaysia (such as AutoCount Accounting).
Business Collaboration:
Support business project feasibility economic analysis and related risk identification.
Management and Soft Qualities:
Fluent in English, able to independently complete English financial reports and business negotiations; those who are proficient in Chinese are preferred.
Risk and Compliance:
Cooperative relationships with local banks, auditing agencies, tax agencies and government departments.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate the financial accounting management, tax management, and fund management of the Malaysian subsidiary, and optimize the budget control and business analysis system.
Connect with the group headquarters and provide financial statements, financial analysis and other information.
Cultivate a localized financial team and promote the integration of business and finance to support business.
Regularly report the completion of operating indicators to the management and provide decision-making support.
