- Lead the preparation and oversight of financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements.
- Develop, implement and monitor financial strategies and controls to ensure financial stability and growth.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data in compliance with accounting standards, regulations and company policies.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with other departments to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
- Perform in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and improve profitability.
Team Leadership and Development :
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, support and training to enhance team performance.
- Foster a high-performing, collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement and meeting financial targets.
- Conduct performance evaluations and identify development opportunities for the finance team.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of departmental tasks and deliverables.
Risk Management and Compliance :

Job Requirement :
- 5+ years relevant industry experience.
- Degree qualification in the relevant field (Finance, Accounting, etc.).
- Master's or professional certifications preferred (CPA, CFA, ACCA, etc.).
- Work effectively in fast-paced environments with minimum supervision.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing and developing finance teams.
- Proven ability to manage complex financial processes and provide strategic financial advice.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws.
- Familiarity with handling confidential information securely.
- Proficiency in word processing and data entry tasks (Microsoft Office, etc.).
- Proficiency in financial software.
