Job description

Job Responsibility

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Support the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls.
Collaborate with internal team members and leaders to identify opportunities to improve policies.
Ensure all reports, submissions, and compliance regulations are completed within the timeline.
Guide and learn from each other regularly.
ISO knowledge is an advantage.
Responsible for any ad hoc assignments.

Job Requirements

Minimum education requirement: Degree in Finance/Accountancy or related fields/certificate.
At least 2-3 years of experience in a related field.
Able to communicate, read, and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English; additional language Mandarin is preferred.
Proven experience in financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
Collaborative team player with critical thinking skills.
Aggressive and committed to work.
Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
Good personality traits, self-discipline, and dedication to work.
Good communication skills.
Must be able to work in Beranang and have own transport arrangements.
Able to start immediately or within a short notice period.
