SENIOR FINANCE EXECUTIVE (GL)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain the integrity of the general ledger, including journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct financial analysis and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Provide insights on cash flow management and financial performance to senior management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the accounts receivable and general ledger functions.
• Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Mentor and lead a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, with a focus on accounts receivable and general ledger.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., [specific software]) and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in F&B or Hotel Management is an advantage.
