Senior Finance Executive

OVERVIEW

Accountable for accounting and finance unit for the HQ and all associate companies. Assist HOD in leading the full spectrum of finance functions (eg: financial and management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, governance, and compliance, taxation, and operation).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To manage the full set of accounts, ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• To perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• To assist in financial analysis, cash flow management & forecasting.
• To process staff claims and ensure the accuracy & approval in accordance with Company's policy.
• To coordinate with vendors and project personnel for any contract, project, and billing inquiries.
• To liaise with auditor, tax agent, bankers & other finance & regulatory authorities.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Possess a Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
• Experience in handling full set accounts.
• Knowledge of SST is an added advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Work independently, meticulously, committed to deadlines, analytical & detail-oriented.
• Willing to work at Plaza Sentral, KL.

Contract position available.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.30 AM - 5.30 PM)
